The PCard expiration date has a month and year.
The card is good until the end of the expiration month.
- Cardholders in Pullman will be contacted during the month of expiration to pick up their new plastic card at Purchasing Services, French Administration Building, Room 220. Photo ID is required.
- Cardholders in other locations will receive the new plastic card by mail from Purchasing Services within 15 days of expiration.
There is no change of card number on the renewed PCard. However, expiration date and security code will change. If cardholder has any automatic billing arrangements, those merchants must be advised of the new expiration date and security code. Cardholders are to cut up or shred expired cards, then discard.
